Spanish Catalina Goats are originally from Catalina Island off the coast of California. They can be black, white, brown, or a mix of these colors. The weigh between 150 to 200 pounds. If cooked properly, the meat from one of these goats tastes very good. Goat meat, believe it or not, is the most consumed meat in the world.
